Liverpool had a corner which was headed down by Van Dijk that hit the arm (just below the elbow) of the Luton player, the Luton player was facing away with his arm in what could be called an unnatural position. This case isn’t that clear & the goal is valid but due to previous handballs being given it’s got to be listed.
Luton scored on the break directly after this event so it would have cancelled out Luton’s goal & given Liverpool a penalty.
